Starting as a Project Manager eager to make an impact, I have grown into the role ofÌýTechnology Project Portfolio Director, where I oversee a diverse range of strategic initiatives involving technology.

What is your role today? What are your job responsibilities and what does a typical day look like for you?

In my current role as theÌýTechnology Project Portfolio DirectorÌýat Â鶹´«Ã½, I am responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of technology initiatives that align with our division’s and company's goals. My typical day is a blend of planned and unplanned activities that need collaboration, strategy, and innovation.

Throughout the day, I participate in various problem-solving activities where we brainstorm solutions, share insights, and make decisions that drive our projects forward. I also dedicate time to mentor and support my team members, fostering an environment where everyone can contribute their best work.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is seeing the tangible impact of our projects on the business. Whether it is through resolving issues for the team, enhancing customer experiences, improving operational efficiencies, or introducing innovative technologies, the work we do is vital to Â鶹´«Ã½'s success.

Could you share a milestone that you're particularly proud of achieving?

Throughout my tenure at Â鶹´«Ã½, I have had the privilege of contributing to several impactful projects that have not only advanced our company's technological capabilities but also enriched my professional journey. One of the most significant milestones was my involvement in theÌýlaunch of our Workforce Benefits business, where I managed a diverse range of initiatives aimed at enhancing our operational efficiency and customer engagement. This role allowed me to collaborate closely with all the team members, fostering a start-up environment of shared learning and innovation.

As the Technology Project Portfolio Director, I played a key role in streamlining our project management processes, ensuring that we delivered high-quality technology solutions on time and within budget for the organization. This not only improved our internal workflows but also demonstrated our commitment to excellence and strategic planning.
