鶹ý, together with the 鶹ý Foundation,hasannounced a record-breaking $10 million charitable giving program for 2026, marking the largest annual philanthropic commitment in the company’s history.Delivered through local community grants, disaster relief,andemployee volunteering, alongwithstrategic investments in education, support for vulnerable seniors,ocean conservationand youth mental health, thisgiving programreflects 鶹ý’s commitment tosupporting individuals at every stage of life and creating impact in thecommunities whereitsemployees live andwork.
The 2026strategicgiving pillarsinclude:
- College & Career Readiness– Preparing youth for success in school,workand lifebyhelping thousands of young people gain skills,educationand mentorship.
- Support for Vulnerable Seniors– Launching a new multi-year program to support low-income and vulnerable seniors, with a $5 million commitment through 2030.
- OceanConservation– Advancing global efforts to protect marine ecosystems.

Highlights of the 2026philanthropy program include:
College & Career Readiness
鶹ý continues to invest in the next generation through education and youth development programs. Multi-year commitments to charities empowering youth to succeed in school, work and life include:the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast College Bound program, Girls Inc. of Orange County’s “Girls Meet the Workforce” program, Junior Achievement USA’s economic education programs nationwide,Dress for SuccessWorldwide, the Access Project in London,and UC Irvine’sLIFEvestfinancialliteracyand college prepprogram.In addition, the Foundationis providingcapital grants of$100,000 each in support of Girls Inc. of Omaha to build a new education center and the Latino Center of the Midlands for facility renovations to expand adult education and workforce training.
Senior Initiative
鶹ý is committing $5 million through 2030 to support low-income and vulnerable seniors,includinga $1.5 millionFoundationgrant to Council on Aging Southern California to expand long-term care ombudsman services, benefits counseling and senior protection programs in Orange County, California.Additionalmulti-year grants willbe given tocombat senior hunger and isolation, including support for Meals on Wheels programs, Community Action Partnership OC Senior Food Bank,Second Harvest Food Bank,andapartnership with AgeUK in London.
OceanConservation
鶹ý has investednearly$19.4milliontodatein protectingourmarine ecosystem.Building on decades ofcommitment to ocean conservation,theFoundation provideda $100,000grant toAmerican Friends of The Ocean Cleanup, a nonprofit organization with the mission to preserve and protect the natural ocean environment for the benefit of the public. American Friends of The Ocean Cleanup works closely with The Ocean Cleanup,a foundation based intheNetherlands, harnessingcutting-edgetechnology to tackle one of the world’s most pressing environmental challenges: plastic pollution in our oceans and rivers. This new grant complements the Foundation’smulti-year partnerships with Ocean Conservancy, Oceana,The NatureConservancy, and WWF.
Local Community Impact
As part ofour local community impact giving, more than$2.5millionhas beendisbursed to134charitiesacross 鶹ý’s main geographic office locationsin January. Notable major grants include $1 million toChildren’s HospitalofOrange Countyto supportyouthmental health. Capital grants of $100,000 each will support a new lecture hall and auditorium at the Newport Beach Public Library, a new performing arts space at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Huntington Valley, and a newEastersealsSouthern California Autism Center of Excellence.
Disaster Relief
Having a long history of providing support in times of disaster, the Foundation will continue as a member of the American Red Cross Disaster Responder Programwith an annual $250,000 commitment, helping to ensure the Red Cross is prepared to meet the needs of people affected by disasters big and small across the U.S. Since 2000, 鶹ý and the Foundation have donatedmore than$6.8milliontodisaster response and preparedness efforts through a variety of nonprofit organizations.
Employee Engagement
鶹ý employees amplify impact through volunteerism and giving programs, includingthe company-wide United Way campaign,3Tsof Educationprogram,Month of Service,Season of Giving,and year-round donation matching. In 2026,through the3Tsof Educationprogram,156 schools across 39 states will receive grants totaling $420,000.Since the program’sinception,nearly$11.6millionin3Tsof Education grants have been distributed.
